I love the book of Job because it reminds us that we could be just as Job, full of faith and patience.

Psalms is probably my favorite because of finding David in just about every emotion we all experience, but talking to Papa God about it and finding ways to still worship Him in the midst of it all! Such comfort found here!

My favorite book is Romans because in it Paul tells us what God would have us to believe and how to let those beliefs transform our lives on a daily basis. It tells us how Christ can transform every aspect of our lives.

It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I have to say Proverbs is one of my most favorite. There is a chapter for every day of the month and so many golden nuggets of wisdom.

Well, there are several that are my favorites, but I guess my most favorite is Matthew. I love it because it is kind of the culmination of the entire Bible. The birth, life, death and resurrection of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! It tells of his great love, how he wants us to live and of his ultimate sacrifice for ALL who will accept him. The book is just full of his actual words and I guess I love how personal that is to me. He loves me and wants a relationship with ME!

I would say Esther is my favorite book of the Bible. God chose Esther for such a time as this. He has also chosen each and every Christian for such a time as this. What are we doing to live up to our potential for Him?

Philippians is my favorite because we are encouraged to shine like stars in a dark universe, reminded of His peace that passes all understanding, and also reminded of the strength thru Christ Jesus to do all things.

So, so many, but I like Esther. What a wonderful example of being ready to do God’s work on His time schedule.

My favorite book of the Bible is 1 Corinthians – specifically:
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
1 Corinthians 13:12-13

The Cornerstone is always a great treasure to my husband and I as we visit Boone. I would have to say that Job is my favorite book because it offers to us such hope in the midst of overwhelming trials in this world. Job overcame as he trusted in our Jehovah Jirah!

I love so many books of the Bible, but I would say Ruth. It tells us so many types of love. The love between husband and wife, love for children, love for the spouses of children, and probably one that is not so prevalent-the love of a daughter-in-law for her mother-in-law. I have found this the most challenging kind of love.
