Hi everyone, it’s time for this week’s giveaway! Our own Jean Canter is an avid songwriter whose songs have been performed by artists such as the Hoppers and the Oak Ridge Boys. The newest release in the “Gaither Gospel Series”, “The Best of the Hoppers”, features Jean’s song “Marriage Supper of the Lamb” as it’s first track. We are so proud of Jean and the talent that the LORD has given her! This week we would like to give one of you a copy of “The Best of the Hoppers” on DVD. I love the music section and I love The Hoppers! When I learned Jean had written “Marriage Supper of the Lamb,” I made a special trip to Cornerstone to meet her. It’s great that there is such a diverse selection of music in one store, and the “burn bar” is great. There is also a very nice selection of printed music, too. I love it all.

I would also have to say the music section. The music ministry of “GOD GIVEN” talented christians
cannot be matched. There’s always a great variety
of music to choose from and theirs something for everyone. Theirs music, and then there’s GOD annointed music. Certainly, I prefer the Latter and you can ALWAYS be sure to find it at the Cornerstone!

I was at Cornerstone Bookstore this past Saturday, August 14, 2010. We live out of town, Concord, NC, and we love coming to Cornerstone everytime we come to visit Boone. This past Saturday, everyone there was so willing to help the whole time we were there. There is so much beautiful items in your store, ( I wish I could buy all of them) The pictures are so beautiful, and all the wonderful books!!! I love Christian Fiction!!
I just love the whole store!!!

Cornerstone is my favorite place to visit while visiting the the Blowing Rock/Boone area. We usually visit a couple of times a year — April and August. Many favorites in the store; however, I will have to say the Art Gallery. When I enter the store it is my first area to enjoy — slowly admiring the work of these very talented artists.

I can not decide on one department that is my favorite. Every department has a special touch. I shop in all sections. When I come in I want to see what is new in all the sections. I guess I would need to say that every department rates at the top. Boone is so blessed to have a store like the Cornerstone. Thanks to everyone at the Cornerstone for giving us such a wonderful place to shop.

As a Minister of Education, I always gravitate toward the Church Growth and Staff Resources sections. I enjoy being able to stay abreast of the various mehtods of ministry that are being utilized to reach people with the gospel.

My favorite section is the art section from which we have purchased several pieces for our church. Reading some of wall plaques gives me a spiritual boost like reading a greeting card from God.

My favorite sections at Cornerstore are the music section and the Christian fiction section. I grew up listening to Southern Gospel Music and have sung and played piano in groups that have used Jean’s sheet music many times. I love her music and her sweet spirit with which she writes. I look forward to hearing the new DVD by the Hoppers. My husband and I love the Gaither Gospel Series.

Cornerstone is my favorite Christian Bookstore. I don’t know if I have a favorite section. I love all sections. My family would always drop me off at Cornerstone and let me stay as long as I wanted to. That way, I could look at, buy anything I wanted to and not have to be rushed. I guess, the music and book sections would be my favorites.
I love Southern Gospel Music. I never miss coming to Cornerstone when I am in Blowing Rock.

The ablity to come and pray. The sitting area where I spent many qiuck short breaks praying while my dad was fighting cancer. It was like God’s arms was around me and giving me strength to go back to the hospital and be strong for my dad. Thanks for this section!

I could not say which is my favorite, as I love them all. I love coming in there and just spending time looking around it is so relaxing to spend time in the store. I always find something new I love. Thank you for having such a wide selection and a calming beautiful store.

It’s hard to pick just one department. I always cruise the book department, scan through the cards and visit the children’s section. I look for new material for children’s sermons, Sunday School and Bible Studies. I usually can find 100 things which I “really, really” need. Now if my pocketbook would co-operate, I would be your best customer.

The entire store has an atmosphere of beauty, serenity, and friendliness. When I enter the store, I usually go right to the gift department to find something special for people who could need encouragement. Then I enjoy the wonderful art. You offer an extensive collection of meaningful books, art, music, and gifts from which customers can choose. Thank you!

The music department is the best,by far, than any other bookstore around. Ms. Jean is very helpful in
assisting any customer. All departments of Cornerstone are great, but the selection in the music department is second to none! Thanks for always being there for us!
